How it Works
U-PT Physical Therapy Assesses and addresses the various components of clients mobility and seek to improve their quality of life. Therapy is provided in the client's home environment and specifically addresses any difficulties in daily routines.
Our goal is for our paitents to maintain their independence in their own homes, continue participating in activities of daily living, & maintain independance in family and social affairs.
We are a Medicare Provider
As a medicare provider, we are able to bill your insurance directly for services rendered in your home under Medicare Part B. If you are homebound & are not able to leave your home due to your medical or physical conditions, your outpatient Medicare Part B benefits can be used to allow for Physical Therapy services to be conducted in your home by a licensed Physical Therapist.
