Stroke Rehabilitation at Home

After a stroke, getting to a clinic can be exhausting. We bring stroke rehabilitation to your home, so you can rebuild strength, walking and independence in the place you live.

How we help after a stroke

  • Regain walking ability and safer mobility
  • Rebuild strength on the affected side
  • Improve balance and lower fall risk
  • Reduce stiffness and keep muscles healthy
  • Practice everyday tasks like transfers and stairs
  • Train family members to help safely

What to expect

  1. Evaluation at home. We assess movement, strength, balance and walking in your own space.
  2. A personal plan. We set goals with you and your family, based on what matters most to you.
  3. Regular visits. Hands-on therapy, exercises and home safety tips, with progress tracked each visit.
